Adult ADHD: Navigating Relationships After Diagnosis
A workshop for Adults with ADHD and people who care about them – 530-730 Downtown Library – Free

Navigating the world as an adult with ADHD is hard. Navigating it in relation to your family and friends is even harder. Tracy Bradley of Ignition Transformation starts out with a very short myth-busting about what Adult ADHD is and is not



Full Moon Yoga Series: Bird Room Meditation Wednesday, October 24, 6-7 PM

Instructor: Maria Dummermuth Meditation in or near nature can assist us to connect with our sense of self. Enjoy a candlelit, nature-inspired meditation to relax the body and mind accompanied by Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments in the ICNC Bird Room. Please bring a yoga mat and towel for comfortable meditation. $20, or $36 when you sign up for both Full Moon classes.


Inflammation: A Tea Series – 6-730 @ Illuminations $35

Week 2: We will discuss formulation of teas for inflammatory conditions and work on some case studies, this is a favorite class where you get to come up with your own formulations with help from the group and from Donna. During this class you will formulate a tea for yourself or loved one designed just for you.
