What’s Happening the week of Sept 17th? ALL THIS!

Tired Trained – Butts & Guts edition – Mon 6-7
The focus is on GLUTES & ABS!!!! Those are the two most highly requested muscle groups to work so here we go!! The workout will be set up to alternate glute and ab exercises throughout the workout. Get ready to feel the burn!!!

WELL Talks – Tues 6pm – Downtown Library
Each month, The Wellness Center will bring you an expert speaker to engage and help you implement changes into your life so you can live longer, better and happier! The “WELL” in WELLtalks stands for Wellness, Education, Lifestyle & Leadership and each talk is open and FREE to the public.

This month’s talk will feature Dr. Nick Kuennen, DC. He will talk about merging healthcare and personal development for those who are suffering and have tried everything.

The Story of Food Waste” Film Screening sponsored by New Pioneer Food Co-op Friday, Fri 21, 6:30PM The films shows how food waste directly contributes to climate change and how small changes can solve one of the greatest problems of the 21st Century. Free Tiny But Mighty Popcorn and toppings provided in bulk from New Pioneer Food Co-op. Assorted beverages available for purchase. After the film a special panel of guests will talk about food waste in the Corridor and what we can do to influence change.
